Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will lead and oversee the sales team’s efforts in generating revenue, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, motivating the team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective sales practices.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
