Telecaller for Rajasthan

Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone. Your role is to initiate meaningful conversations, convey information about our products or services, and nurture leads to drive sales conversions. This position requires effective communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls:
    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list or database.
    • Introduce the company’s products/services and explain their features and benefits.
  2. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads through conversations and responses.
    • Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Acquire a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
    • Address inquiries and provide accurate information to prospects.
  4. Pitching and Persuasion:
    • Present product information persuasively, highlighting its relevance to the prospect’s needs.
    • Handle objections and concerns by providing suitable responses and solutions.
  5. Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for field sales representatives to discuss offerings in detail.
  6. Relationship Building:
    • Build rapport with potential clients to foster trust and credibility.
    • Engage in friendly and professional conversations to leave a positive impression.
  7. Target Achievement:
    • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
    • Regularly update supervisors on progress and outcomes.
  8. Feedback and Reporting:
    • Provide feedback from potential clients regarding their requirements, objections, and suggestions.
    • Prepare reports on call outcomes and lead status for management review.
  9. Professionalism and Etiquette:
    • Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during calls.
    • Adhere to company guidelines and code of conduct while interacting with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service/sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to identify potential client needs.
  • Persuasive and empathetic attitude to engage effectively with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet call and conversion targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
