Position Overview: As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that convey messages, concepts, and ideas. Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:
   • Develop creative and original designs for a range of materials, including marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
   • Incorporate design elements, typography, and imagery to create visually captivating content.
2. Brand Identity:
   • Maintain and uphold the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
   • Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the brand’s visual elements.
3. Conceptualization:
   • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and brainstorm design ideas that align with project objectives and target audience.
4. Digital and Print Designs:
   • Design graphics optimized for both digital and print platforms, ensuring high-quality output in various formats.
5. Layout and Composition:
   • Determine the layout, composition, and arrangement of design elements to achieve aesthetic harmony and effective communication.
6. Image Editing and Enhancement:
   • Edit and enhance images to improve their quality, aesthetics, and suitability for different design purposes.
7. Deadline Adherence:
   • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
8. Feedback and Revisions:
   • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve designs.
9. Stay Current with Trends:
   • Keep up-to-date with design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities.
10. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and web developers, to ensure design alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing various design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver designs that align with project goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Experience with web design and UI/UX design concepts (a plus).
• Video editing and motion graphics skills (a plus).
